1. Acquisition of property with construction date exceeding 30 years, or located in special areas of urban rehabilitation, to undergo deep rehabilitation works, for a minimum total value of 350,000 euros.
2. Acquisition of property (real estate) for the minimum value of 500,000 euros, free of charge or charges.
3. Investment activities can be reduced by 20% on the total value, cases in areas of low population density (less than 100 inhabitants per km²).

1. Valid passport.
2. Certificate of the Criminal record of the country of residence, legalized by the Portuguese consular services and translated into Portuguese (valid until 3 months after the date of issue).
3. Marriage certificate, legalized by the Portuguese consular services and translated into Portuguese (valid until 6 months after the date of issue).
4. Birth certificate, for dependents, legalized by the Portuguese consular services and translated into Portuguese (valid until 6 months after the date of issue).
5. Proof of enrollment at a university and tuition fees (children older than 18).
