Located in the heart of the Nice Éco Valley technopole, the impressive urban project Joia Méridia appears. A new take on modern Riviera architecture to complement historic Nice. A new way of living and working, on a total area of 73,492 m2.
Joia Méridia is installed on 24 hectares of land in a former industrial estate (ZAC). The ZAC Nice Méridia follows the A8 motorway when you go to Nice airport. This district is a renewed invitation to a Riviera lifestyle ”. From an urban point of view, the project has three squares, each delimited with a different architecture. Place Méridia occupies a unique place in the project, located in the centre, it is intended to be on a human scale with buildings of 7 to 8 levels to delimit it.
International architecture in Nice Cote d’Azur
Joia Méridia architects applied the concept of translucent minerality. In fact, it is to follow three principles: the first is the art of Mediterranean building, the second of creating a way of life in contact with the climate, the last will be to give a light identity by heights treatment. Sou Fujimoto’s tower is characterized by the depth and sensuality of its curves. The balconies are filled with vegetation and are intended to provide freshness to the residents.
