Off-market properties are houses for sale that you cannot find on the Internet because the owner is a Famous Person or because they prefer not to let the neighbourhood know that the house is being sold. So, these houses do not have a sign « A Vendre, » and they are not on any real estate platform. Or it is owned by a private person who doesn’t sell it through an agency but directly through a notary. In these rare cases, we will discuss our commission of 2% plus VAT with you first.
