Dimensions and finish Capsule Tiny house
The living space of a Capsule Tiny House unit varies from 15 m2 to 38 m2, depending on the desired usage. The outer walls are made of maintenance-free and extremely strong aluminum. This allows the producer to give a ten-year warranty.
There is no less than 10 centimeters of insulating material inside the walls. The glass is double glazing for extra insulation. The outside of the Capsule is provided with a protective ceramic lacquer in an oven. The glass on the balcony is 10 mm safety glass.
All rooms have a LED light strip so you can tailor the light to the atmosphere and use. The entrance has an intelligent access system; with key or code as desired. Or even more fun option; with eye or fingerprint recognition.

How is a Capsule installed?
Delivery is made by boat in a protective wrap packaging, as is also used with luxury yachts. Upon arrival at the port; for France Le Havre and for Ibiza Barcelona, transport continues by land. Depending on the installation, a local technical team will examine in advance the options for the correct foundation and access to the final location.
