According to the report released by the Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Department, the value of residential and commercial real estate transactions during this period reached over 3.35 billion. The report also noted that 179 real estate project units’ valuations were valued at over 113 million AED. The director of the department, Eng. Omar Muhairi said that the total value of these transactions was over 3.35 billion.
In addition, the report noted that the department has recorded 449 real estate transactions involving the issuance of golden residency permits, the total value of which was 1.21 billion AED. The department’s director general attributed the strong performance of the local real estate market to the high demand from investors.
